Understanding Cabin Baggage Lufthansa rules helps you pack smartly and board without stress. Economy passengers may bring one hand baggage piece weighing up to 8 kg, with maximum dimensions of 55 x 40 x 23 cm. Business and First Class travelers may carry two pieces, each up to 8 kg. A small personal item, such as a handbag or laptop bag, is also allowed. Weigh and measure your bag at home, keep valuables and documents with you, and always confirm the latest limits on the official Lufthansa website before flying.
