If the seller has registered their qualified invoice issuer number (invoice registration number) with codoc, an invoice-compliant receipt can be issued.

Verifying your registered email address is required to ensure smooth support after purchase.
Please check your inbox and authenticate via the link in the email.
This does not affect your ability to view content.

Returns are generally not supported, but may be possible only if approved by the creator.

Only the name registered with codoc.
Creators cannot view your email address, but can contact you indirectly via the message function.
If you do not wish to receive these emails, please change your email notification settings in your account.

3-D Secure is an authentication service for credit card payments.
Card companies use information such as device details to assess risk and may require password input as needed to enhance transaction safety.
codoc implements "3-D Secure Authentication Service" to provide a secure payment environment for users.

The charge will appear as "CODOC, INC.", "codoc株式会社", or "コードクカブシキガイシャ" depending on your card company.
If the creator has set their own statement descriptor, it may appear as "CODOC [custom alphanumeric]", "codoc [custom kanji/kana]", or "コードク* [custom katakana]".

Not supported. Charges apply from the purchase date, except for subscriptions with a free trial.

Log in to codoc and cancel from the "Subscriptions" screen.
No further charges will be made after cancellation.
The subscription remains active (you can view content) until the next renewal date.

VISA, Master, American Express, JCB, Diners, and DISCOVER are supported. Debit and prepaid cards issued by these brands can also be used.

Card information is not stored by codoc but by Stripe, our payment processor.

Some creators support convenience store payments.
After purchase, follow the displayed instructions to pay at the convenience store, and you will then be able to view the content.

A feature that provides optimized management and content management screens for services/creators and purchasers using codoc.
If enabled by the creator, only that creator’s products will be displayed on the purchaser's management and subscription screens, and the management screen logo and purchase emails can be customized to the creator's branding.
This feature must also be enabled if the creator uses codoc's login, purchase, or subscription widgets on their own site.

By using the codoc pro extension, you can switch management screens if confirmation of use by the content provider or creator is complete.

A dedicated management screen for that provider or creator will be displayed.
Only purchase history and subscriptions for that service or creator will be shown.

From the menu, tap the "Use in Management Screen" button for "codoc" displayed at the top under "Switch Management Screen".

When using a dedicated management screen for a content provider or creator, content purchased from other services will not be displayed.
To show all purchased content, please return to the standard management screen.

You will no longer be able to use the dedicated management screen or login for the content provider or creator.
User information and API permissions provided through usage confirmation will also no longer be disclosed.

Already purchased content can still be viewed.
