What APIs are available?
codoc provides REST APIs for managing articles and subscription data. Documentation is available upon request after subscribing to codoc pro.
Can I use codoc internationally?
codoc is available in several countries including the U.S. and Europe. An international bank account and ID may be required. Contact us for more details.
Can I customize the design?
In addition to 12 preset color themes, you can customize via CSS. codoc pro users can request custom styling for the paywall and buyer interface for 9,800 JPY per request.
Can I integrate with an existing membership system?
Integration is possible. If the UI experience is not ideal, we can suggest solutions like linking your existing system or granting access rights to current users.
Can I manage multiple media under one account?
We recommend one account per site. Please create multiple accounts as needed. Each account requires a unique email address—duplicates are not allowed.
How long does it take to start selling?
You can start selling within 5 minutes after registering and uploading content. A test environment is also available for trial purposes.
*To use the test environment, a codoc pro subscription is required.
Can I use it without my own website?
Even without your own site, you can use codoc by embedding the tag in your blog. You can also register your article on codoc and share the public URL on social media.
How do I receive my earnings?
Register your bank info in the codoc dashboard and request a transfer from the 'Transfer' screen. Transfers are available for balances of 1,000 yen or more.
Can I combine subscriptions and individual article sales?
Yes, you can. Free (monthly/yearly) and paid (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly) subscriptions can be combined with individual sales and support(tipping).
Can I change the design of the purchase button?
Yes. Choose from 12 theme variations in 6 colors in the dashboard. CSS customization is also supported.
I want to promote content via affiliate marketing
codoc offers an affiliate feature where third parties introduce paid content, and creators provide rewards when content is sold through them. The reward rate is set by the creator.
Are there any contact methods other than email?
We can support integration using tools like Slack.

Yes, the latest sales data is reflected in the sales dashboard of the agency account.

If standard implementation is sufficient, there is no setup fee.A 300 yen transfer fee is deducted per payout of revenue share.No additional payments are required, as the service itself is free to use.
Will the paid portion of the article be recognized by Google?
The free portion of the article is recognized, but parts not publicly visible due to being paid are generally not indexed.Please note that this cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of crawler behavior.
How is content registered in WordPress managed in codoc?
With the codoc plugin installed, paid‑content updates in WordPress sync automatically to codoc.
Conversely, edits in codoc update the corresponding WordPress article.
API linkage keeps WordPress content and codoc entries paired 1‑to‑1.
Does the codoc WordPress plugin support the classic editor?
Yes, it supports both Gutenberg and the classic TinyMCE editor.
How do I manage revenue?
Log in to codoc to view revenue graphs for any period.

15% of the price is a service fee; the remaining 85% is paid to your payout account (timing follows card‑processor rules).
What if I set no price?
Fees apply only when priced content is sold; free content costs nothing. A tipping feature is available for creators providing free content.
